Our newest GSP showcases the cherry fruit flavors of the estate Grenache, the roundness of the Syrah, and the color and structure brought by the Petite sirah. All grown here on the Estate Vineyard on more rocky and drier soils that limit the vigorous nature of Grenache. The GSP has been one of my best selling wines over the past few years and is a wine that seems to go with so many occasions. It is ready now, but I think it will hold and even improve with another 5-6 years in the cellar. Try it with hearty winter dishes and richer meals in the summer.
